    i try to setp monit SSL connection

    it make connecting without any result .. and M/monit test connection get (Faild connection)

      Have you created your PEMFILE?
      Do you have errors in your log file?

        No error in log file
        In /etc/ssl/openssl.cnf file content like http://mmonit.com/wiki/Monit/EnableSSLInMonit#genpem

        After this command : openssl req -new -x509 -days 365 -nodes -out /etc/monit.d/monit.pem -keyout /etc
        Error : 140282709313352:error:0E079065:configuration file routines:DEF_LOAD_BIO:missing equal sign:conf_def.c:366:line 1

        After this command : openssl gendh 512 >> /etc/monit.d/monit.pem
        140483667375944:error:0E079065:configuration file routines:DEF_LOAD_BIO:missing equal sign:conf_def.c:366:line 1

        After this command : openssl x509 -subject -dates -fingerprint -noout -in /etc/monit.d/monit.pem
        Errot : 140395529369416:error:0E079065:configuration file routines:DEF_LOAD_BIO:missing equal sign:conf_def.c:366:line 1

        i thinks errors same !!

          Hi,
          Your command is missing some parameters!
          Follow steps in my tutorial!!
          Use the following:
          # openssl req -new -x509 -days 365 -nodes -config /etc/ssl/openssl.cnf -out /var/certs/monit.pem -keyout /var/certs/monit.pem
          # openssl gendh 512 >> /etc/monit/monit.pem
          # openssl x509 -subject -dates -fingerprint -noout -in /etc/monit/monit.pem
          # chmod 700 /etc/monit/monit.pem

            I have different install path that’s not wrong arguments
            You have monit in dir /etc/monit/ and i have monit in dir /etc/monit.d/
